Order processing time

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–15 business days after processing, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipment confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Claims for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 30 days of delivery where possible, so we can review the issue with our fulfilment partner.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
We may need to check tracking information, delivery confirmation, carrier updates, and fulfilment records before arranging a solution.
